The app uses the following permissions:
Location:
Used by the app for accurate weather forecasts (coming soon to the app), local news, events, and location-based advertisements.
Device ID and call information:
To display ads correctly, the app uses the device ID. This is the unique number of the device. This allows us to not show an ad too frequently on one device. The app explicitly does not use Phone status to retrieve phone numbers, for example.
Photos/media/files:
The app uses your USB storage to temporarily store data such as photos and images. This way, the app doesn't need to download those photos and images repeatedly. This ensures a faster app.
Device and app history:
Used by the app to determine when to display which page. For example, the app knows which page to show when a user leaves the app to make a phone call and then returns to the app.
Bluetooth connection data:
Used by the app to connect to Bluetooth devices such as beacons. Beacons are small transmitters that are being used more and more in shops, stations, airports, and events. The app uses the connection with the beacons to display news, information, advertisements, and offers related to those locations. To use this feature, Bluetooth must be turned on. You can always disable Bluetooth on your device.
